The venue: the Ritz Carlton in Riyadh. One of the most beautiful hotels and conference centres in the world. 
The Activation: Saudi Arabia Investment Bank (SAIB) annual meeting and strategy launch.

However, this time the Saudi Arabian Investment Bank did something a little differently… They engaged Creative Producers and Placemakers Modelcraft International Saudi to bring together a large-scale event for 1,000 VIPs, held simultaneously in multiple spaces, all within a 48-hour timeframe from bump in to bump out!

Under direction from Modelcraft, and working in collaboration with Eclipse Staging Services, one of the region’s biggest staging rental companies, Saber provided the lighting, audio visual and broadcast designs, developed and executed the production schedule, and managed the production and technical coordination and installation on site.

The event was delivered with intimacy and style and was definitely a night for the Client to remember.
