The Saber Activate team has worked extensively on the Vivid Festival at the Sydney Opera House for many years. This has included the video and projection design for the 3D mapping of content on to the Sydney Opera House sails, the sound, lighting and video systems design within the Concert Hall and forecourt areas, and the Technical and Production Management for the festival including the live events within the Sydney Opera House and activation areas around Sydney Harbour.

We also have unparalleled experience Stage Managing major events and developing the show call with our clients. 

We have extensive experience working with local government and control authorities (police, fire, ambulance) to ensure access for transportation and road closures, permissions for high risk installations or activations that require public diversions.

We manage the coordination of technical and production disciplines to ensure that designs are buildable and within realistic timeframes, that personnel levels are appropriate yet reflective of budget and that the event or activation is undertaken with the very best in risk management and safety standards adhered to.
