One of the world’s leading entertainment and gaming companies, Galaxy are embarking on an ambitious portfolio of projects to increase customer diversity including significant investment in entertainment, MICE and themed attractions.

With our extensive experience in MICE, Saber’s Managing Director Brad Maiden was selected as project director for the design of the arena, plenary theatre, convention and exhibition centre and meeting rooms. He led an international design team of architects, stage engineers, audio visual and lighting consultants. Saber’s Bosco Tan led the technology design component of this project, delivering the client brief for an innovative technical design, with operational aspirations and budget cost requirements.

With our theatre planning partners Theatreplan, a 16,000-seat arena was created that facilitates multiple types of productions. From live touring productions, to sports events including boxing, volleyball and multi-court badmington, to intimate style AGMs, the arena is easy to configure, simple and safe to load in and rig equipment and quick to turnaround between events. In addition, a 600-seat Plenary Theatre has been designed to host corporate theatre, musical ensembles, presentations and boutique product launches.

Our innovative technology design delivers a network of data, audio, video and control for the ingest, scheduling and delivery of content for digital signage screens, paging and background music and the sharing of content between meeting rooms. High definition video can be streamed or broadcast between any venue in Galaxy, or offisite to a telco host.
