MODELCRAFT FOR MINISTRY OF CULTURE

The Atareek or Jeddah Historic Festival aimed to revive the culture of Jeddah and provide a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the city of Jeddah.

The world-heritage listed UNESCO “old town” was transformed to promote culture and heritage in the area, and to provide families and residents with a unique celebration of art and light.

Modelcraft Saudi International engaged Saber to provide lighting design and projection mapping of over 40 buildings, audio visual systems, and production and technical management for the entire site.

Saber was responsible for the production schedule, liaising with local authorities for access permits and coordinating the efforts of the production, technical and creative teams.

The result was a stunning and beautiful activation which showed off the city in all its splendour.
